14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your space should feel perfect, so we offer a 14-day return policy on all our orders. If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 14 days from the date of delivery. If Exchanges and Returns not at pickup locations, only shipping costs will be charged, unless caused by product quality issues.

  • Exchanges
You can exchange any product in your order up to 14 days after delivery.

Our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time to simultaneously drop off your new item and pick up your exchange. If the new item costs less than the one you’re exchanging, we’ll refund the difference to your original method of payment. If it costs more, we will charge the difference while setting up the exchange.

Please note: The unused item must be exchanged in its original condition and packaging. If you don't have the original packaging on hand, there is an additional $50 repackaging fee per item. Compressed mattresses and  sofas cannot be exchanged if the inner packaging is opened.
  • Returns
If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). You can return your product for any reason.

Once the item is back at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a full refund.

Please note: To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand. If you do not have the original packaging on hand, there is an additional $50 repackaging fee per item.Returns are not applicable on liquidation and final sale items. Compressed mattresses and sofas cannot be returned if the inner packaging is opened.
  • Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
  • Shipping costs

If Exchanges and Returns at pickup locations, you will get full refund. Other conditions, only shipping costs will be charged.

 

Warranty

If your item arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately. To help us resolve the issue, provide photos or short videos of the product and its packaging from multiple angles. Once our team reviews and confirms the issue, you can exchange or return the item with no shipping fees.

Our manufacturer's warranty covers material and workmanship defects for one year from the delivery date. If you experience any issues, please let us know. We will arrange for replacement parts, repairs, or, if necessary, a full replacement.

Please note, our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to items used for their intended purpose under normal conditions. It does not cover damages from neglect, misuse, accidents, alterations, or commercial use.
